Is the first call free?

Yes. In 15 minutes we go through a normal week with you and list the tasks that repeat. You get a short plan showing what Iris can take over, how many hours it would save, and which plan fits. You can stop there.

How long until it’s running?

Most setups are live within 2 weeks of the first call. Bigger ones are built in steps, so the first task is running while we work on the next.

Am I locked in?

Accepted Answer

No. Both plans run month to month, and you can switch or cancel any time. Everything runs in your own accounts, so what we built keeps working and the guides stay with you.

Question 4

What counts as a task?

Accepted Answer

1 job that runs on its own, like drafting replies to routine emails or moving new orders into your invoicing tool. Essential covers up to 3, Pro up to 10. We agree on the list together on the first call.

Question 5

Do I have to change the tools I use?

Accepted Answer

No. Iris works with the email, booking, and accounting tools you already have, like Gmail, Shopify, and QuickBooks. You don’t need to be technical either. You show us how the work is done today, and we handle the rest.

Question 6

Is my customer data safe?

Accepted Answer

Everything runs inside your own accounts, so your data stays where it already is. We only get access to the tools a setup needs, and you can remove that access at any time.

Question 7

Will AI talk to my customers without me?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want it to. Most clients start with Iris writing drafts that a person approves before anything is sent. Every setup also keeps a log, so a mistake is easy to spot and undo.

Question 8

What if I go over my monthly volume?

Accepted Answer

Nothing stops working. We let you know when you get close to your limit, and if it happens 2 months in a row, we talk about moving up a plan. You never get a surprise bill.
