Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.
We do not ask for payment details on this site, and you cannot create an account here.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to prepare for a call you booked, and to work with you if you become a client. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our website host, Framer, counts visits with built-in analytics that work without cookies and do not identify you from one day to the next.
Who handles your data
2 services process data for us. Framer hosts this website and delivers contact form messages to us. Google Workspace runs our email and stores our files. We use no other tools to handle your details.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and your data is processed there. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another place with privacy laws, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you or to work with you, and for up to 2 years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing hello@irisautomation.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
